Email support@treksy.app. Include the request ID shown by the app when reporting an API error, but never send passwords, invitation tokens, confirmation numbers, or precise coordinates.

Privacy controls

You can stop sharing location immediately from the trip map. You can leave trips you do not own and delete your account from Profile settings after transferring or deleting trips you own with other members.
