Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Treksy trip-coordination service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for sharing invitation links only with people you intend to add to a trip.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you add. You give Treksy permission to host and display it solely to operate the service and share it according to the trip permissions you choose.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or interfere with other users.

Service availability

The service may change and can experience interruptions. Travel details should be verified with the relevant provider; Treksy is a coordination tool, not a travel supplier.
